Yes. All cleaning products are vegan & handmade. We source our ingredients from local suppliers.

How long does my order take to ship?
Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment being received. Your order will arrive in either a compostable shipping bag or reused cardboard box.
Delivery is not available to rural addresses. We will contact you about confirm a better address to ship to
We ship using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules. Once your parcel has been picked by the courier and the tracking number is sent to you, any queries regarding delivery is to be done with courier company direct.

Click & Collect
Orders will generally be available for collection within 3-5 business days from the date that you place the order.
Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection.
If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Click & Collect notification. You agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.
If your order is not collected within 7 days and no other representative has contacted us on your behalf, the order will be returned to the store.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this moment, we can only ship as far as Australia as the pressurisation can cause our paper bags to rip which leads to spillages. Flat rate of $35.00NZD
What is your return policy?
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
In the unlikely chance you are not satisfied with a product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the unopened and unused product to us so that we may endeavour to understand and rectify the problem.
We cannot control how couriers handle each package so damaged caused to the product is out of our control. However, if you have received the wrong item, notify us, we will give you our mailing address, send it back. We will send the correct replacement. Or you can keep it if you like :)
We will happily provide a replacement product to faulty item/s within 7 days of receiving the item back from you.
If what needs replacing is out of stock, we will present some alternatives or offer a refund for the item.
